Cheesy, crispy, and perfectly portioned! These mini triangles stay warm in a thermos or taste great at room temp.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium flour tortillas

  • ½ cup cooked shredded chicken

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp salsa or mild taco sauce

  • Butter or olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Mix chicken, cheese, and salsa in a bowl.
  • Spread mixture on one tortilla, top with the second.
  • Lightly butter skillet; cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Cut into triangles or fun shapes (stars, sharks, hearts).

Kid Tip

  • Add corn or chopped spinach to sneak in extra veggies.
