Ingredients
2 medium flour tortillas
½ cup cooked shredded chicken
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp salsa or mild taco sauce
Butter or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Mix chicken, cheese, and salsa in a bowl.
- Spread mixture on one tortilla, top with the second.
- Lightly butter skillet; cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Cut into triangles or fun shapes (stars, sharks, hearts).
