Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small red onion, slice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Warm flour tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss chicken, peppers, and onion with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
  • Spread mixture in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
